NORTHERN CAPE – The Northern Cape SAPS Polmusca Choir followed up on information and arrested three males for illegal possession of a firearm and dagga in Mothibistad.

On 16 June 2022, the team searched the suspects in Mapoteng, Mothibistad and found the firearm and dagga stashed under a mattress.

The suspects will be appearing in the Kuruman Magistrates Court soon on charges of illegal possession of a firearm and dealing in dagga.

The John Taolo Gaetsewe District Commander, Brig Johnny Besnaar commended the Provincial Polmusca choristers for their relentless efforts in removing drugs from the streets and also applauded the community for their assistance in this regard.
