Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l’innocuit\u00e9, la tol\u00e9rance, la pharmacocin\u00e9tique et l’efficacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9liminaire de\u00a0ZB001.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La soumission de l’IND aupr\u00e8s de la NMPA pour pour ZB001 marque une \u00e9tape importante pour Zenas\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Hua Mu, MD, PhD, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Zenas. \u00ab\u00a0Il n’existe actuellement aucun traitement approuv\u00e9 pour les patients atteints de TED en Chine. Les options de traitement sont limit\u00e9es et impliquent souvent des doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es de st\u00e9ro\u00efdes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des effets secondaires graves ou \u00e0 une intervention chirurgicale. ZB001 a le potentiel de changer le paradigme de traitement pour les patients atteints de TED en Chine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

ZB001 est un anticorps monoclonal humanis\u00e9 diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 ciblant le r\u00e9cepteur du facteur de croissance analogue \u00e0 l’insuline\u00a01 (IGF-1R) pour le traitement de la TED. La TED est une maladie auto-immune invalidante qui provoque une inflammation et une fibrose dans l’orbite de l’\u0153il, ce qui peut causer une vision double, des douleurs et une c\u00e9cit\u00e9 potentielle.
