Phalaborwa SAPS Sector One Commander, Warrant Officer Malesela Makgopa led a crime awareness campaign that was conducted on Tuesday 18 January 2022 along Phalaborwa and Makhushane public road.<\/P>
<\/P>
The Communication Officer, Sergeant Mongwe, Vispol members Sergeant Manganyi, Sergeant Khamanyani, Constable’s Malatole, Mabasa and Semata were also in attendance to interact with the motorists and commuters.<\/P>
<\/P>
Safety hints pamphlets were distributed and commuters were also sensitized about the following problematic crimes:<\/P>
<\/P>
* Gender Based Violence (GBV)<\/P>
* Domestic Violence (GV)<\/P>
* Burglaries<\/P>
* Theft by false pretence<\/P>
* Shoplifting<\/P>
* Theft out of motor vehicle<\/P>
* Fraud<\/P>
* Covid-19 Regulations<\/P>
* Buying of stolen properties were strongly condemned.<\/P>
