Preliminary investigation reveals that it might have been a hit and run. The deceased is unknown, he was wearing a grey trouser, brown lumber jacket, blue tekkies and an old grey cap written South Africa with a badge of an elephant.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A case of culpable homicide is been registered for further investigation.
