The safer school awareness campaigns are conducted in the Bolobedu policing area outside Tzaneen under Mopani District.

The Social Crime Prevention Commander Captain Mmakgadi Julia Manamela accompanied by Sector 1 Commander Warrant Officer Masipa, DVA Coordinator and District Deputy Secretary Men For Change Sergeant Maluleke, CIO and District Deputy Chairperson Women’s Network Sergeant Ramalepe, DPO officer Constable Sekopane, VEP Mrs Boshomane and the station Communication Officer Constable Khomotso Roseline Hlokwe formed part of the campaign conducted on Wednesday, 19 January 2022.

The Grade 11 learners were addressed on the following topics:

– Rape

– Drug and alcohol abuse

– Bullying

– Teenage pregnancy

– Education

– Criminal record

– GBV

– Respect

– Gangsterism

The school management extended their gratitude towards SAPS for the fruitful visit.
