Police pounced on dagga, suspect behind bars

On Tuesday, 15 March 2022 at approximately 19h00, police in Douglas confiscated dagga and nabbed a Lesotho national with compressed dagga weighing 5,476kg.

The arrest of the suspect is the result of a tip-off, which was relayed to members of Douglas visible police, regarding a man who was travelling in a taxi enroute from Kimberley to Douglas.
