Minister Lindiwe Zulu addresses North West Economic Lekgotla

Minister of Small Business Development, Ms Lindiwe Zulu, will address the inaugural North West Village, Townships and Small Dorpies Economic Lekgotla on Friday, 2 December 2016 in Mahikeng, North West. Minister Zulu will join the Premier of North West, Mr Supra Mahumapelo, other Ministers, MEC for Finance, Economy and Enterprise Development, Ms Wendy Nelson, MECs and business leaders.

Minister Zulu will address leaders of business chambers, captains of industry and the leadership of the North West provincial government. She will use the occasion to share with stakeholders the vision and programmes of her department as well as opportunities that businesspeople and aspirant entrepreneurs in the North West can seize in order to grow and sustain their businesses. She believes that government, working in a co-ordinated way across spheres and in partnership with the private sector, holds the key to sustainable economic development.

Minister Zulu said: As government, we are determined to broaden participation by all our people in the mainstream economy, especially the historically disadvantaged, who constitute the majority in our provinces.
