Suspect nabbed for dealing in drugs at Kuyasa

As part of Safer Festive Season Operations, the police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with dealing in drugs at Kuyasa.

The suspect was found in possession of tik packets, R13 500 cash and nine cell phones.

The success was made possible by intelligence led information which was then operationalised.

The Provincial Commissioner has commended the members involved for the job well done. He emphasised that the arrest will bring relief to the community in terms of removing drugs from the youths are in the receiving end of these harmful drugs.

The suspect is expected to appear before the Colesberg Magistrates Court on Monday, 11 December 2017 pending further police investigations.
