Air Namibia will next month expand its operations in order to provide required air transport within Namibia and abroad.
In a statement issued yesterday, the national airline indicated that in line with anticipated traffic growth in some markets it will expand its operations effective from 29 March this year.
The popular ErosOndangwa route will increase from two to three flights per day on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, and only one flight on Sundays.
Air Namibia has also relaunched direct flights and nonstop flights between Walvis Bay and Johannesburg in South Africa (SA), as well as between Walvis Bay and Cape Town (SA) on a daily basis.
There will also be an increased number of flights between Windhoek and Johannesburg from two to three flights every day of the week.
All flights will be operated using Airbus A319s.
