News: Vigilant police officers nab criminals

DURBAN Police Officers from Durban Central arrested four suspects, aged between 25 and 29, hours after they committed a crime. They were found in possession of remote jammers, car breaking implements and dangerous weapons. They are expected to appear at the Durban Magistrate's Court soon.

The police officers were conducting crime prevention operations at Durban Central when they spotted a vehicle with four occupants. The vehicle was intercepted and searched. Four suspects were found in possession of a cellphone suspected to be stolen from a vehicle a few hours earlier in the CDB. The arrested suspects were also linked to a business robbery in the Point policing precinct which was reported last month.
